PRIME Sports Medicine is located inside EVOLVE at the corner of Ervay & Young St.
We offer complimentary parking for 2 hours at the lot opposite of the Butler Brothers Building (in the north end parking lot). Across the street and down the ramp you will find the double doors for Evolve, PRIME Sports Medicine is located in the back left corner of the Recovery Lounge.
